10 grams Salt
400grams of Pork Belly
1.Rub the salt on the pork belly to marinate for 2 hours.
2.Fill a pan with water and bring the water to boil. Once the water is boiled, submerge the pork belly and turn down the heat to medium to simmer the pork belly for 40 minutes
3.Remove the pork belly when cooked, and thinly slice the pork from the side.
4.Serve with Auntie Kit’s Chilli Oil.
